Testament to the quality and value of Ca’n Pilot, it is even wise to book a table during the depths of the Mediterranean winter or face a long wait at best. The restaurant itself offers a comfortable, no frills, laid back ambience with extensive space which can cater for large groups and is wheelchair friendly.

Ca’n Pilot is definitely most well known for superb quality meats cooked over smouldering embers including the “Chuleton de Buey”, Ox T-bone steak brought raw to your table along with your own mini barbecue to cook at your leisure. The menu is much more extensive than just the meat selection and the stuffed aubergine and grilled vegetables are two great vegetarian options.

At this point we’d like to let you in to a little secret. If you’re struggling to choose (and a meat eater) then do what we always do and order the sirloin steak, chicken leg and chorizo criollo to share for two or more. This is not suggested on the menu but has been repeated time after time since its first outing.
