Peta is a Holistic Personal Trainer, whose aim is to create a healthier, happier and stronger you. Her training focuses on building lean muscle mass creating a more metabolically active body. This approach teaches the body to continually torch calories, builds long lasting muscle tone and dense strength. To maximise training she incorporates yang elements of HIIT (high intensity interval training), kettlebell (cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training), battle-ropes, plyometrics (jump training) and calisthenics (bodyweight strength training). To end sessions she includes yin elements to ensure your temple is left relaxed and supple.

Peta is available to work alongside retreats, to be booked as a freelance instructor or privately for 1-2-1 sessions and for small groups. She prefers to work outside in Ibiza’s stunning nature, as she’s discovered beautiful spots. However you can train anywhere large enough to work up a sweat, at your villa by the pool or inside.
