Hostal Parque is somewhat of an Ibiza classic and despite its popularity it has kept its original ethos of being great value for money. The biggest problem you may find is getting a reservation, the hotel is sadly no longer a secret.

The decor in the rooms is clean and modern with touches of more eclectic art and design. A lot of care has been taken in maximising the space available, some of the rooms feature and open plan style of bedroom and bathroom to do just this. All rooms are well appointed and feature aircon, wifi and satellite TV and have a view either across the square, to D’alt Vila or Vara del Rey.

The location really is an added bonus for anyone staying here. Set in the square it takes its name from, Placa del Parque, this is a pretty, tree lined area populated with a mix of bars, restaurants and a couple of shops. The hotel has it’s own restaurant which serves an interesting mix of international dishes, all which can be enjoyed out on the terrace. The food and portions are both decent and the people watching is first class. Beyond the placa there is every type of cuisine you can imagine within a few minutes walk. The medieval castle of D’alt Vila is also on the doorstep and the port a few minutes walk too.
