Arguably the most idyllic restaurant setting in Ibiza, Casita Verde lies hidden in the campo of St Jose. The road it sits on is barely marked on google maps but rest assured it is there, just before the crest of a windy hill which takes you out of the San Jose valley into San Raphael. Casita Verde or Green Heart as it is also known is a non profit educational for sustainable living and permaculture. Each sunday they open their doors to the public to help fund their eco project. This is a unique chance to experience the tranquil surrounding and buenos ondas of the Green Heart.
