Cala Tarida, one of San Jose’s many beautiful beaches, follow the coast south-west of Cala Conta. The golden sands stretch for over 1km, broken only by rocky inlets that make it conducive to snorkelling. Its shallow waters are kid friendly and there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink that cater to most budgets. Ferry boats can be caught to the beach from San Antonio.
